Refund policy

We do not refund items or orders unless damaged or lost. if any of these have occurred you must contact us within 24 hours of accepting your delivery. If your item/s have arrived damaged then please maintain the goods and take photographs to attach to your email. 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
