Shipping policy
We use a range of different couriers to allow us to get your order to you in the quickest possible time, with ROYAL MAIL been our primary choice of courier. we aim to dispatch all orders the same or next working day however in busy times this could take us up to three working days on rare occasions.
WE DO NOT OFFER CANCELLATIONS ON ANY ORDERS.
Our Daily collection is late in the evening so most parcels tracking will not update untill the next day after you recieve your dispatch email from us. THIS DOES NOT EFFECT DELIVERY TIMES IN ANYWAY.
IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO US BEVAUSE YOU HAVENT ANSWERED THE DOOR, COLLECTED YOUR PACKAGE OR REFUSED IT THEN WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORDER MINUS ANY SHIPPING COSTS UPON SUCCESFUL RETURN OF THE PACKAGE.
Delivery times shown are estimates and whilst they are correct most of the time, they are not set in stone and may from time to time be subject to slight delays.
When ordering pringles/shoestring potatos from America, air pressure causes the tubes to dent inwards usually causing little damage to the crisps. For obvious reasons we are unable to inspect in each tube before dispatch so if this product is ordered, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged crisps. We will still package these items with appropriate materials such as Double walled boxes, fragile tape etc but the product is ordered at your own risk.
